BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your station arrival

Arrange your car around when you need to be at St Pancras, not just when your train leaves.

Use your arrival target

For Eurostar Standard or Plus, use the arrival time shown on your ticket and allow for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not your arrival target. Arrival guidance varies by route and class; Eurostar advises downloading your ticket near the travel date for current advice.

Choose the right station

St Pancras International and King’s Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. For Eurostar, head to the international departure area in the Arcade, not a King’s Cross concourse.

From your SW2 address to your departure

A pickup from your home or other address in SW2 means you do not have to reach a local station with your luggage or carry it through rail and Underground changes. Streatham Hill station has an SW2 address; the best starting point for any public transport alternative depends on where you are collecting from.

At St Pancras International, you will still need to make your way inside to your departure area. Eurostar uses the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose space for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the passenger count. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.

Let us know the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its load.

Arrange your return to SW2

Book your St Pancras International to SW2 collection separately. Give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree a lawful meeting point for the car; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.

If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised collection. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your station transfer questions

The details that help us plan your car and your onward journey.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stops or return plans.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange station assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.

Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs, preferably in advance so we can arrange suitable help. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair must travel as luggage in a suitable vehicle.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
