London Victoria railway station is at Victoria Street, London SW1V 1JU; Victoria Coach Station is a separate walk away. Tell the office your rail operator and service, and the time you want to arrive at the railway station—not just your train's departure time. Allow time to find your onward departure area.
Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, and Terminus Place for set-down only. Victoria Underground connects with the Victoria, District and Circle lines. For a return journey, agree your collection point separately with the office.

Streatham Hill station is at Streatham Hill, Streatham, London SW2 4SA. If you are considering taking a train to Victoria instead, allow time to reach Streatham Hill from your address and find your onward departure area at Victoria. KB Cars can collect you at your address and take you to Victoria railway station instead.
National Rail classifies Streatham Hill as step-free category A. Check the applicable directions and current assistance or lift information for your journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage together; an estate is worth discussing for extra luggage.
Let us know the number and size of cases and cabin bags, and whether you have a pushchair, folding wheelchair or other unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
RETURN TO SW2
For a return from London Victoria to SW2, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. Agree the meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Request a quote for your exact journey: the price depends on the pickup address, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Give us your destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop.
You can enquire online or call the office. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Contact your operator about the help you need for your rail journey.
Tell our office about mobility or boarding needs when arranging the car. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
