BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time between your car’s arrival and your train departure for the walk to your departure area and any assistance you need.
Network Rail lists set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Discuss the road-side arrival with our office when arranging your journey; the station walk still follows the car drop-off.
Tell us when you want to arrive at the station, not just when your train leaves. Include your train service or operator, whether Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground or Caledonian Sleeper, so the car plan reflects your onward journey.
YOUR SW20 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup from your SW20 address saves you getting to a local station with your luggage before travelling to Euston. You will still need to allow for the walk inside Euston after the car drops you off.
Raynes Park station is on Coombe Lane; Wimbledon Chase station is on Kingston Road. They are different local starting points, so give the office your exact pickup address rather than just a station or district name.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; for a group, a six-passenger vehicle is an option, and seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles can be requested.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and combined load.
COMING HOME
For a return from London Euston to SW20, give the office your arriving train operator or service, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote is based on the journey you need, including the pickup address, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SW20 pickup address, Euston destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange assistance inside Euston separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange railway assistance. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office in advance what help you need so a suitable driver can be arranged. We can also discuss any optional extra escort and agree the arrangements and any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
