Agree a station-arrival target that leaves you time to reach your departure area, rather than using the train departure time as your car arrival time.
London King's Cross is on Euston Road, London N1 9AL, and is a different station from St Pancras International. Give us your rail operator, service and requested station-arrival time so the office can plan the car journey around your departure.
King's Cross has step-free access to all platforms; its station guide has lift and assistance information. Allow time to get from the car to your departure area, particularly with heavy luggage or mobility needs. Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR SW20 PICKUP
KB Cars can collect from homes around Raynes Park and Wimbledon Chase, saving you the journey to a local station with your bags. Give the office your full pickup address and any access details so the driver can find you.
Raynes Park station is on Coombe Lane, while Wimbledon Chase station is on Kingston Road. They are separate starting points: if you want a station pickup rather than a home pickup, specify which one and agree a practical meeting point with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another option for groups. Larger seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles can be requested.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a return from London King's Cross to SW20, tell us your arriving train operator and service, where it starts, the date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Call 020 8870 8888 to agree your exit and a practical car meeting point separately.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office to discuss the revised arrangement. A change is not in place until the office accepts and confirms it; waiting charges or changes may affect the cost. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote is based on the actual journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plan.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it and sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility needs when arranging the car, including any help needed getting to or into it.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
