SW20 to London Paddington transfers

Travel from your home in Raynes Park, Wimbledon Chase or elsewhere in SW20 to Paddington. Get a quote based on your journey and vehicle, with a 24-hour office to help plan the details.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your Paddington arrival

Tell us your train departure and your operator’s recommended station-arrival time. Allow time to get from the drop-off point to your onward train.

Agree your drop-off

Paddington’s APCOA car-park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road; the station’s drop-off guidance does not permit waiting. Agree the arrival arrangement with our office rather than assuming the car park entrance is your drop-off point.

Plan railway assistance

For assistance with your onward rail journey, arrange it with your train operator, preferably in advance. Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12; discuss your car drop-off with the office.

Start your journey from home in SW20

A pre-booked car collects you from your address, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to a local station or change between rail and Tube on the way to Paddington. You will still need to make your way inside Paddington to your onward train.

Raynes Park station is on Coombe Lane, while Wimbledon Chase station is on Kingston Road. Give us your actual pickup address so we can plan and quote for your journey, rather than a station-to-station trip.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; choose around the whole party and its bags, not just the number of seats.

Tell us how many cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.

Arrange a separate return from Paddington

For a return to SW20, give the office your train operator and service, date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. We will agree a lawful car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, the booker or authorised contact should call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request an updated arrangement. The change is agreed when the office accepts and confirms it; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

GOOD TO KNOW

SW20 to Paddington questions

The practical details for your car journey and onward train.

What do you need for a quote?

Your exact pickup address, destination, date and timing, passenger count and luggage let us quote for the journey you need. Include your train service, departure and requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop or vehicle preference.

A quote or enquiry is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs, including any accompanying carer or folding wheelchair, so we can plan the car journey.

Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free; telling us in advance helps us arrange suitable help. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement that may be free or carry an agreed charge, depending on the task.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
