BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Arrange the road journey around your arrival target, not just your train's departure time.
Eurostar Standard and Plus passengers travelling from London should plan around the arrival time on their ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not an arrival target. Download your ticket near travel for current advice, which varies by route and class.
St Pancras International and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. Eurostar departures use the international area in the Arcade. St Pancras International is on Euston Road, London N1C 4QP.
YOUR LOCAL START
A KB Cars pickup at home in Raynes Park or Wimbledon Chase avoids the first trip to a rail station with your luggage. Allow for the walk inside St Pancras International to your departure area.
Raynes Park station is on Coombe Lane; Wimbledon Chase station is a separate station on Kingston Road. If considering a rail journey instead, check the starting station and access: Raynes Park is classified step-free category B3, so consult National Rail for the directions and assistance that apply.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth discussing for extra luggage. Six-passenger vehicles are an option, while seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles can be requested from the office. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Let us know the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEY
For collection from St Pancras International to SW20, tell the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the meeting point separately with the office.
If your train or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss a revised collection. A change is not in place until accepted by the office; waiting or a changed journey may affect the price.

The quote is based on your actual journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; a car booking does not itself arrange it. St Pancras lists lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
