Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth discussing if you need extra luggage room. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; ask the office about seven- or eight-passenger vehicles. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage, not seats alone.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Arrange a separate return to SW20
For Victoria Coach Station to SW20, send the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree a car meeting point separately; the return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the arrangement and confirm any accepted change. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the particular journey, including the addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SW20 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking; arrange the help you need inside the station with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in a KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and luggage needs so we can plan suitable help. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
