Choose a station arrival target that leaves time to reach your train, and distinguish your outward drop-off from any return collection.
London Victoria railway station is on Victoria Street, London SW1V 1JU. Victoria Coach Station is a separate walk away. Give the office your train operator and service and the time you want to arrive at the railway station, not just your train departure time. Allow time to reach the concourse and your platform.
Wilton Road is used for both set-down and collection; Terminus Place is set-down only. Tell the office which direction you are travelling and agree your return meeting point separately.
YOUR SW20 PICKUP
Raynes Park and Wimbledon Chase are distinct local rail origins. With KB Cars, your pre-booked journey starts at your SW20 address, so you do not have to get yourself and your bags to a local station or change trains on the way to Victoria.
You will still need to make your way through Victoria railway station to your onward train. Allow for that walk when choosing your requested station arrival time.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option. Ask about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles if needed.
Give us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We will consider the whole party and load together when agreeing a suitable vehicle.
RETURN TO SW20
For your return, give the office your arriving train operator and service, date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangements. A change is not agreed until the office accepts and confirms it; waiting or changes may affect the cost.
GOOD TO KNOW
Plan the car, your luggage and the rail journey separately.
Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, your train service and requested station arrival time. Include any extra stops or return plans. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside Victoria is arranged separately with your train operator; the car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs so we can plan the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office in advance about the help you need so a suitable driver can be arranged. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable, but passengers cannot travel seated in it.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
