KB CARS · PRE-BOOKED PRIVATE HIRE

SW20 to London Waterloo private hire

Travel from your SW20 address to Waterloo with a planned arrival for your train. Serving Raynes Park and Wimbledon Chase, KB Cars offers a journey-specific quote and help choosing a vehicle for your party and luggage.

PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL

Arrive ready for your onward train

Choose a station-arrival target that leaves you time to reach your departure area or assistance meeting point. Your train departure time and your requested car arrival time are different.

Choose an accessible route

Waterloo has step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are identified as step-free routes. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Underground Jubilee line. Tell the office if access needs affect your drop-off so you can agree a practical arrangement.

Plan around your train

Give the office your train operator and service, departure time and requested station-arrival time. If you need railway Passenger Assistance, arrange it separately with your operator: its Waterloo meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.

VEHICLE CHOICE

Room for passengers and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.

Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; for seven or more passengers, enquire with the office. Luggage and passengers need to be considered together.

Start at your SW20 address

A pre-booked car collects you from your address, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to a local station first. You will still need to make your way through Waterloo to your onward departure area.

If you are comparing local rail options, Raynes Park station is on Coombe Lane, SW20 0JY; Wimbledon Chase is a separate station on Kingston Road. Give KB Cars your exact pickup address rather than just the station or postcode district.

A separate return from London Waterloo

For a return to SW20, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off does not set your return collection point.

If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a change and obtain confirmation of the accepted revised arrangements. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

GOOD TO KNOW

Station transfer questions

The details that help you plan your car and onward journey.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote is based on your particular journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date and pickup time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the office can quote for the journey you need.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway Passenger Assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility needs and any help needed with the car journey.

Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
