KB CARS · PRE-BOOKED PRIVATE HIRE

SW3 to London Marylebone private hire

Travel from your Chelsea or Knightsbridge address to Marylebone in a pre-booked car. Get a quote based on your journey and vehicle, and plan your station arrival with our 24-hour office.

YOUR STATION ARRIVAL

Arriving at London Marylebone

Plan the car arrival separately from your train departure, leaving time to reach your platform.

Set your arrival target

London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Give the office your train operator and service, along with the time you want to arrive at the station—not just the train departure time. Allow for getting inside and reaching your platform.

Plan station assistance

Chiltern lists step-free access to every railway platform and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Arrange railway assistance separately with Chiltern; its assistance meeting point is at the ticket barriers.

YOUR SW3 PICKUP

From your address to the station

A pre-booked pickup starts at your chosen SW3 address, so you do not need to carry your luggage to a separate transport stop. Knightsbridge Underground Station is on Sloane Street, SW3 1ED, but your own pickup may be elsewhere in Chelsea or Knightsbridge.

Give the office your actual pickup address and any details that will help identify a safe, accessible collection point. You will still need to allow time to walk or arrange assistance inside Marylebone.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose space for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon for an ordinary journey, an estate for extra luggage or an MPV for your party with the office. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. The right choice depends on everyone travelling and all their luggage, not just the number of seats.

Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, and about any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.

RETURN JOURNEYS

A separate return from Marylebone

For a return from London Marylebone to SW3, tell the office your arriving service and its origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point with you separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.

If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 to request an update and agree the revised arrangement with the office.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your station transfer questions

The practical details for your car journey and onward train.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SW3 pickup address and Marylebone destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Chiltern's assistance meeting point is at the ticket barriers.

Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the car. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.

When is my car booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
