SW3 to St Pancras International private hire

Pre-book private hire from Chelsea, Knightsbridge and across SW3. Get a quote for your journey and plan your vehicle and station arrival with our 24-hour office.

PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE

The right station, at the right time

Tell us your train service and the time you need to arrive at the station, not just when the train leaves.

Choose St Pancras International

St Pancras International and King’s Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. Tell the office you need St Pancras International on Euston Road, not King’s Cross.

Allow for your rail departure

Eurostar Standard and Plus passengers travelling from London should use the arrival time on their ticket as the station target, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not an arrival target. Download your ticket near the travel date for current advice, which varies by route and class.

AT ST PANCRAS

Find your departure area

Eurostar uses the international departure and arrival areas in the Arcade. EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Allow time after your car drop-off to reach the right departure area.

Knightsbridge Underground Station is on Sloane Street, but your journey to it depends on your SW3 starting address. A pre-booked car collects you from your address, avoiding that first leg with your luggage.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; for a group, consider the combined load as well as the seats.

Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, and mention any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.

RETURN COLLECTION

Arrange a separate return collection

For a return from St Pancras International to SW3, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. Agree the meeting point and exit separately with the office.

If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and confirm any revised collection arrangements. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

GOOD TO KNOW

Station transfer questions

The practical details for your car and onward rail journey.

How do I get a quote for an SW3 to St Pancras transfer?

Request a quote for your exact journey. Give us your full pickup address, St Pancras destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference so the quote reflects your plans. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.

Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
