BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations.
Victoria Coach Station has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals. Give us the station-arrival time requested by your coach operator, not just the coach departure time, so the car journey can be planned around it. For an outward coach, go to Departures and use the monitors to find your service’s gate.
For mobility or luggage help inside the station, ask your coach operator. TfL lists a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is separate from your car booking.
YOUR LOCAL PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your address in Chelsea or Knightsbridge, so you do not need to carry your luggage to a separate transport starting point. You will still need to make your way inside the coach station to the departure area and gate.
Tell the office your pickup address and any access or mobility needs. If the door cannot be used safely or lawfully, we can agree a practical alternative with you.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger arrangements.
Give us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We will consider the whole party and load together when agreeing a suitable vehicle.
COMING BACK
For a separate return from Victoria Coach Station to SW3, tell the office your coach operator and service, date, arrival time and contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; the return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your coach or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. The booker or authorised contact should request any material change and obtain confirmation that the revised arrangement has been accepted.
GOOD TO KNOW
The essentials for your car journey and onward coach.
Your quote reflects the actual journey and agreed requirements. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange assistance inside the station separately with your coach operator; your car booking does not itself arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs when arranging the journey so we can plan suitable help.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
