At Victoria, Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, and Terminus Place for set-down only. Discuss the appropriate drop-off with the office; you will still need to make your way inside to your departure area.

Choose space for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also offered; seven- or eight-plus passenger options are available to enquire about. The right choice depends on the whole party and its combined luggage, not seats alone.
Give the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the vehicle arrangement can be confirmed.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return to SW3
For collection from London Victoria to SW3, give the office your train operator, service origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; Wilton Road is listed for collection, but your actual meeting point is agreed with the office.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised arrangements with the office. A separate return does not automatically reserve the same driver or vehicle.

What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Victoria is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Contact Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern as appropriate.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs, ideally in advance. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
