Allow time between your car arrival and train departure to reach your departure area and use any assistance you have arranged.
Network Rail lists set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Give the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at Euston, rather than treating the departure time as your car arrival target.
Request help at Euston from your train operator; the station’s assistance information covers Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper. Tell KB Cars about your mobility needs too, so the car journey can be planned accordingly.
YOUR SW4 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your SW4 address, so you do not have to carry your luggage to a local station before setting off. Give the office your exact pickup address and any useful entrance details.
If your pickup is at Clapham High Street Rail Station, specify the station on Edgeley Road, SW4 6EU. Clapham North is a different Underground station; naming the right starting point helps the office plan your collection.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Give the office your passenger count and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The combination of people and luggage determines the suitable vehicle.
COMING BACK TO SW4
For London Euston to SW4, give the office your arriving train operator or service, its origin, date and scheduled arrival time, and a contact number. The office will agree the station-side meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility needs when arranging the journey too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office in advance what help you need so it can arrange suitable support. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
