YOUR STATION ARRIVAL
Plan your car arrival for before your train departure, with time to reach the right departure facilities.
London Liverpool Street is at Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. The station lists a lift between street level, mezzanine and concourse. Allow time to enter and move through the station with your luggage; tell our office your rail service and the time you want to arrive at the station.
Liverpool Street Underground serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. If you are continuing by Tube, allow time to move through the station to your connection.
FROM YOUR SW4 ADDRESS
A pre-booked pickup from your Clapham or wider SW4 address takes you to London Liverpool Street without first carrying your luggage to a local station. You will still need time to make your way inside to your departure facilities.
Our 24-hour office can discuss the station arrival you need, your vehicle choice, extra stops and a separate return. No app installation is required to contact us.
RETURN TO SW4
For a return from London Liverpool Street to SW4, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and expected arrival time, plus a contact number. If you know which street-level exit you plan to use, include that too. The office will agree the car meeting point separately.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised collection with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Railway assistance inside Liverpool Street is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs so the car journey can be planned around you. If you need an additional escort inside the station, ask the office to assess the help and agree any cost with you.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair can travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
