Allow time between your station arrival and train departure, and discuss the drop-off and any assistance you need.
London Paddington is on Praed Street, W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road is separate from the station’s rank approach. Discuss the appropriate drop-off with the office rather than assuming it is at the car-park entrance.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange help inside the station with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about your mobility needs so the car arrangements can be discussed.
YOUR SW4 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your SW4 home, so you do not first have to reach a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way to departures inside Paddington.
Clapham High Street Rail Station is on Edgeley Road. If your pickup is near there or elsewhere in SW4, give the office the exact address rather than just the station name or postcode district.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Give us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A six-passenger vehicle is an option, with luggage considered alongside the number of passengers.
RETURN TO SW4
A return from London Paddington to SW4 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with your contact number. Agree the car meeting point and relevant exit separately; the outward driver or vehicle is not automatically retained.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection and obtain confirmation of any accepted change.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and pickup time, passenger count and luggage details, plus any extra stop.
Include your train operator and service, departure time and requested station-arrival target. Allow time to reach your platform and follow your operator’s advice; the station-arrival target is not the train departure time.
Arrange station assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office what help you need when planning the journey, including mobility or boarding needs and any accompanying carer.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
