BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Plan your car journey around the time you need to arrive at the station, not just the train's departure time.
St Pancras International and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. Check your ticket and tell us which station you need: a drop-off near King's Cross is not the same railway departure.
For Eurostar Standard and Plus journeys from London, use the arrival time on your ticket as your station-arrival target, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not the arrival target. Download your ticket near your travel date for the advice for your route and class, and share your target with the office.
A pre-booked car collects you from your SW4 address, so you do not have to carry your luggage from home to a local station. For reference, Clapham High Street Rail Station is on Edgeley Road, SW4 6EU; give us your actual pickup address rather than assuming the station is your starting point.
At St Pancras International, Eurostar uses the international departure and arrival areas in the Arcade. EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Allow for the walk inside the station to your onward departure.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the seats. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its load.
RETURN JOURNEYS
A return from St Pancras International to SW4 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, where it starts, the date and expected arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point separately; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same vehicle for your return.
If your train is delayed, your exit changes or your plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised collection arrangements; a request alone does not mean a change has been accepted.

Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs, any folding wheelchair and whether a carer is travelling. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
