Use Departures for your outward coach
Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals. Allow time to follow the signs inside Departures and check the station monitors for your gate. Keep your coach operator and service details to hand.
Plan your coach connection from SW4
A pickup from your home in Clapham or elsewhere in SW4 avoids taking your luggage to a station and changing between services. You will still need time to make your way inside Victoria Coach Station.
Check your coach operator’s required arrival or check-in time and use that as your station arrival target, rather than the coach departure time. Discuss the target with our office when arranging your pickup; contact your coach operator for timetable enquiries.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may be useful for extra luggage; the right choice depends on the whole party and its bags, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Include any accompanying carer in your passenger count so the office can agree a suitable arrangement.
Arrange a separate return to SW4
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to SW4, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. The office will agree a car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
If your coach plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office can discuss your collection and confirm any accepted revised arrangement.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects your journey, vehicle and any extra stops. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, together with your coach service and requested station-arrival time.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking, so arrange the help you need with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs when arranging the car. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
