ARRIVING AT PADDINGTON
Allow time between the road drop-off and your train, including any assistance you need.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Give the office your train operator or service and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just the train departure time. Allow for the walk from road access to your departure area; the station's drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell the KB office about your mobility and car-arrival needs.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate may be worth considering for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Give the office your passenger count and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The right choice depends on the combined party and load, not just the seats.
YOUR SW6 STARTING POINT
A pre-booked pickup takes you from your SW6 address to London Paddington without first travelling to a local station. If you are comparing public transport, Imperial Wharf Rail Station is on Townmead Road, SW6 2ZH; allow for getting there from home as well as reaching your departure area at Paddington.
Tell the office your exact pickup address and any access or mobility needs so the journey can be planned around your starting point.
RETURN TO SW6
For a separate return from London Paddington to SW6, give the office your arriving train operator or service, its origin, date and expected arrival time, plus your best contact number. Agree a suitable car meeting point separately; the return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888. Request any change and ask the office to confirm whether it is accepted and whether the charge changes.

Discuss an additional escort inside a building with the office, which will agree the scope and any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
