COMING BACK
Arrange your return to SW6
For a separate return from London Victoria to SW6, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; Wilton Road is a station collection point, but the office will confirm where to meet.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a revised arrangement. The office must accept and confirm the change; a request or acknowledgement alone does not change the booking.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms acceptance by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; the car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
