Allow time between your requested station arrival and train departure to reach the right platform.
Tell our office your train operator and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just your departure time. London Bridge serves Tooley Street and St Thomas Street; discuss which side suits your onward journey.
The street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which are above the main entrance level. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse; arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR SW8 PICKUP
Your pre-booked car can collect you from your SW8 address, so you do not need to make a separate journey to a starting station with your luggage. You will still need time to reach your departure platform at London Bridge.
Vauxhall and Nine Elms are distinct locations. Give the office your exact pickup address, or name the specific station if that is where you want to be collected, so the right starting point is agreed.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon for an ordinary journey or an estate for extra luggage, or ask about an MPV, executive, minivan or luxury option. Six-passenger vehicles are offered; ask the office about seven or more passengers. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle; a particular model is not guaranteed.
RETURN TO SW8
For a return from London Bridge to SW8, give the office your contact number, arriving train operator or service, date and scheduled arrival time. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off does not establish the return pickup point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. The booker or authorised contact can request a change; confirm any revised arrangements with the office before relying on them.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SW8 pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An extra escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
