Give the office your train operator and departure time, as well as the time you want to arrive at the station. Allow for the walk to your departure area and any arrival guidance from your operator.
London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road, separate from the station's rank approach. The station says waiting is not permitted at drop-off; ask the office which arrival arrangement applies to your booking.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange station assistance with your train operator in advance where possible, and share the operator's instructions with the office when planning your transfer.
YOUR SW8 PICKUP
SW8 includes Vauxhall and Nine Elms. A pre-booked car collects you from your agreed address, so you do not need to reach another starting point with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside Paddington to your train.
Vauxhall Underground and Nine Elms Underground are different stations. If either is your pickup point, name the correct station and agree a suitable meeting point with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose a vehicle for the whole party and its luggage, not just the seat count. Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another option for a group, with bags considered alongside the passengers.
Give the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can agree a suitable vehicle.
COMING BACK TO SW8
For a return from London Paddington to SW8, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 with the update and confirm the revised arrangement with the office. Applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.

Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility needs and any accompanying carer when arranging the transfer.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Discuss the help needed with the office; an optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed in advance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
