Step-free routes to the platforms
Network Rail lists step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms, with exits 1, 2 and 3 identified as step-free routes.
PRE-BOOKED PRIVATE HIRE
Travel from Vauxhall, Nine Elms or elsewhere in SW8 with a planned pickup and a vehicle suited to your party and luggage. Get a journey-specific quote from our 24-hour office—no app needed.
PLAN YOUR OUTWARD JOURNEY
A pickup from your SW8 address saves you getting yourself and your luggage to a local station first. Vauxhall and Nine Elms are different stations, so give us your actual collection address rather than assuming a Vauxhall pickup.
Tell the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at London Waterloo. Allow for the walk inside the station and any assistance or other departure arrangements; your station-arrival target is not the train departure time.

VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven or eight-plus passengers.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the passengers and luggage together.
AT WATERLOO
Allow time after your car drop-off to reach your departure facilities or assistance meeting point.
Network Rail lists step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms, with exits 1, 2 and 3 identified as step-free routes.
Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. The Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12; arrange railway assistance separately with your rail operator.
RETURN JOURNEYS
For a return to SW8, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, date and expected arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the station assistance meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your exit or collection plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Request the change and obtain confirmation that the revised arrangement has been accepted; waiting or changes may affect the cost.
GOOD TO KNOW
The essentials for arranging your car and onward rail journey.
Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Give us your full SW8 pickup address, Waterloo destination, date, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway Passenger Assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At Waterloo, the meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.
Tell our office about mobility or boarding needs and any accompanying carer when arranging the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss whether a folding chair and the rest of your luggage can travel in a suitable car.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
