Plan your station arrival separately from your train departure, with time to reach the departure area.
London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Give the office your train operator and departure time, as well as the time you want to arrive at the station. Allow time to enter the building and reach your departure area.
There is step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. The ticket barriers are the railway assistance meeting point. Marylebone Underground is on the Bakerloo line for onward Tube connections.
YOUR SW9 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your SW9 address, so you do not first need to make your way to a local station with your luggage. Give the office the exact pickup address and any access details that will help the driver find you.
If you are starting at a station, specify which one: Brixton Rail Station is on Atlantic Road, while Brixton Underground Station is on Brixton Road. They are separate locations, so the distinction helps the office agree the right collection point.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also available; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Tell us how many people are travelling, including any accompanying carer, and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags. Mention any pushchair, folding wheelchair or other unusual item too. The office can discuss a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its luggage together.
COMING HOME
A return from London Marylebone to SW9 is arranged separately. Send the office your arriving train operator and service origin, date and expected arrival time, destination address and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point with the office; it is not automatically the railway assistance meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the revised arrangement and obtain confirmation of any accepted change.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and pickup time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your train operator and departure time and your requested station-arrival time.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At Marylebone, the ticket barriers are the railway assistance meeting point.
Tell the office about your mobility and assistance needs. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; advance notice helps the office coordinate suitable help. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
