Choose your station-arrival target before arranging the car, allowing time to reach your departure area.
London Victoria railway station is at Victoria Street, London SW1V 1JU. Victoria Coach Station is separate and a walk away. Check your ticket and make the railway station your destination for the outward car journey.
Tell the office your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at the station. Allow for walking inside the station before departure. Your ticket may show Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern; Victoria Underground connects with the Victoria, District and Circle lines.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth considering if you need extra luggage room. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group; ask the office about seven or more passengers.
Give the office the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The right vehicle depends on the whole party and its combined luggage.
YOUR SW9 STARTING POINT
A pre-booked car collects from your SW9 address in Brixton or Stockwell, so you do not need to carry your luggage to a local station. If comparing your options, Brixton Rail Station is on Atlantic Road; Brixton Underground Station is separate, on Brixton Road.
At London Victoria, allow time to walk from your drop-off to your departure area. Tell the office if walking or access is a concern so you can discuss the arrangements.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your return collection separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection. A requested change is not in place until it is accepted.

The quote reflects your particular journey and vehicle needs. Send your full SW9 pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the office can quote for the journey you need.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms acceptance by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside the station is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Contact your operator about the help you need.
Tell our office about mobility and access needs for the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
