YOUR STATION ARRIVAL
Choose a station-arrival target before your train departs, allowing time to reach the platform and for any assistance. Check your operator’s guidance and discuss the target with our office.
London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. All railway platforms have step-free access and there is a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Tell our office if these details affect your arrival plan.
Arrange railway assistance with your train operator. The ticket barriers are the station’s assistance meeting point. Marylebone Underground is on the Bakerloo line; allow for the separate rail or Underground leg in your plan.
YOUR TW10 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup takes you from your TW10 address to London Marylebone, without first making your way to a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside Marylebone to your onward departure.
Richmond (London) Rail Station is a nearby alternative starting point, but its address is in TW9, not TW10. If you use public transport from there, allow for the walk or bus from your TW10 address as a separate part of the journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, consider the combined passenger and luggage load rather than seats alone.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a return to TW10, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a revised collection. The office will agree and confirm any accepted change.

The car, railway assistance and onward ticket are arranged separately.
The quote reflects your particular journey, including the addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date, preferred pickup time, passengers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
