Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven or more seats.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help match the whole party and load to a suitable vehicle.
YOUR TW10 PICKUP
Start at your address, not another station
KB Cars can collect you in Ham, Petersham or Richmond Hill and take you directly to London Victoria railway station, without a separate trip to Richmond station. Richmond station is in TW9, so reaching it from a TW10 address would be an additional part of a public-transport journey.
Give the office your exact pickup address and any access or mobility needs. You will still need to make your way from the Victoria drop-off to your train departure area.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return to TW10
For collection from London Victoria railway station, give the office your arriving train operator or service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree your car meeting point separately; Wilton Road is listed for collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888 to review the arrangement and confirm any accepted change. A separate return does not automatically reserve your outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends you confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs so it can discuss suitable car arrangements.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
