What do you need for a quote?
The quote is based on your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop so it can be included. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance with your train operator separately; booking the car does not arrange help inside Paddington. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are available without charge. Tell the office in advance where possible so suitable help can be arranged. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office; this is separate from required assistance.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
