BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Choose the right station and allow time for your onward departure.
St Pancras International and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. At St Pancras, Eurostar uses the international departure area in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground.
For Eurostar Standard and Plus journeys from London, plan to arrive at the time shown on your ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not an arrival target. Download your ticket near your travel date for advice for your route and class.
YOUR TW11 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup from your TW11 address takes you to St Pancras International without first getting to a local station or carrying your luggage through a change of transport. Allow time to walk to your departure area once inside St Pancras.
Teddington station is on Victoria Road, TW11 0BB. If you want to be collected there rather than at home, specify the station and agree your pickup point with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing if you have extra luggage. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. Let us know the number and size of cases, cabin bags and any bulky items so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEYS
For a separate return from St Pancras International to TW11, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and obtain confirmation that any revised arrangements have been accepted. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage. Include your train service and your target station-arrival time, plus any extra stop.
Railway assistance inside the station is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may be free or carry an agreed charge.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
