Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, and Terminus Place for set-down only; you do not need to supply a platform or car-bay detail.
Home collection or starting at Teddington station?
A pre-booked car collects you from your TW11 address, so you do not first need to get yourself and your luggage to Teddington station. If you are comparing a rail journey, Teddington station is on Victoria Road, Teddington, TW11 0BB.
Teddington is served by South Western Railway. If you travel by rail, check your train options and allow time to reach the station from your address.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The right choice depends on the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats.
Returning from London Victoria to TW11
Arrange your return collection separately with the office. Give us your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; a separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so it can be considered in the quote.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
