London Liverpool Street is at Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Give the office your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just the train’s departure time. Allow time to reach your departure area using the concourse signs.
A lift is listed between street level, mezzanine and concourse. Underground connections include the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Allow time for the onward walk or connection, especially with luggage.
YOUR STARTING POINT
A pre-booked car collects you from your TW12 address, so you do not need to get your party and luggage to a local station first. You will still need to make your way through Liverpool Street to your onward departure.
If you are comparing rail options, Hampton (London) station is on Ashley Road, Hampton, TW12 2HU. It is different from Hampton Court and Hampton Wick stations; make sure you select the right starting point.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

RETURN JOURNEY
For a return from London Liverpool Street to TW12, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 to request a revised arrangement and agree the collection details with the office. Applicable waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Railway assistance inside the station is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs so it can plan the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
