Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange station assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about your mobility needs so we can plan the car journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose a saloon for an ordinary journey, discuss an estate for extra luggage, or ask about an MPV, executive, minivan or luxury option. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can consider the whole party and its luggage together when arranging a suitable vehicle.
YOUR TW13 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup from your TW13 address means you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to Feltham station before travelling to Paddington. Feltham station is on Hounslow Road, Feltham, TW13 4BY, if you are considering a rail alternative.
Your car takes you to Paddington, but allow time to walk through the station to your onward train. If walking or access is a concern, discuss your needs with the office.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a return from London Paddington to TW13, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number for the traveller. We will agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the arrangement and confirm any accepted change. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Station assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the transfer.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Let us know in advance where possible so we can coordinate suitable help. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we will discuss the task and any agreed cost.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
