A pre-booked car can collect you from your address in Feltham or Hanworth, so you do not have to take your luggage to Feltham station first. If the station is your pickup, its address is Hounslow Road, Feltham, TW13 4BY; agree a safe, accessible meeting point with the office.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; for a group, consider the combined space needed by passengers and bags. A six-passenger vehicle is available around the clock; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Give the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return collection
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to TW13, give the office your arriving coach operator or service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the Arrivals and Departures terminals are distinct.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the journey you need. Give us your full pickup address and destination, date and preferred time, passenger and luggage details, coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stops. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking; arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in your KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility or loading needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
