The office will agree your car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your specific journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop or return plans.
Include your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at Victoria. The station-arrival target should allow for getting to your departure area; it is not the train departure time.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
