BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Choose a station-arrival target that leaves time for your onward departure.
Your requested arrival time at Liverpool Street should be earlier than your train departure, allowing time to reach the right departure facilities with your luggage. The station has a lift between street level, the concourse and mezzanine.
Liverpool Street connects with the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Give the office your onward rail or Tube details and your requested station-arrival target when arranging the car.
YOUR TW16 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your TW16 address, so you do not first need to reach a local station with your luggage. Give the office the exact pickup address and any useful entrance details.
If your pickup is at a station, specify which one: Kempton Park Rail Station is on Staines Road East, while Sunbury Rail Station is on Station Road. They are distinct locations, not interchangeable pickup points.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage. For groups, a six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers, and consider the bags as well as the seats.
Share the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
COMING BACK
For a return from London Liverpool Street to TW16, give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangements and confirm any accepted change.

Your quote reflects the actual journey and vehicle requested. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Liverpool Street also lists a customer lounge near the ticket office and platform 10.
Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
