Plan for the operator’s arrival time
Arrange your car around the station-arrival time requested by your coach operator, rather than the departure time alone. Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals; use the Departures monitors to find your gate. Ask your coach company about its timetable.
YOUR TW16 PICKUP
From your door to the coach station
A pre-booked car collects you from your TW16 address, so you can take your luggage from home without first making your way to a rail station and changing transport. Tell us your exact pickup address in Sunbury or Kempton Park so the office can plan the journey.
If your pickup is at Kempton Park Rail Station rather than a home address, specify the station on Staines Road East, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 5AE, and agree a suitable meeting point with the office.
RETURN FROM VICTORIA
Arrange a separate return to TW16
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to TW16, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; the Arrivals terminal is distinct from Departures.
If your plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a change and agree the revised arrangements and any charge with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage details, plus any extra stop. Include your coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time so the office can plan the pickup around it. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
