Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, and Terminus Place for set-down only. Give the office your train operator and service so your requested arrival target can be discussed around the right departure.
A pickup from your TW16 address
A pre-booked car collects you from your address, so you do not need to reach a local station with your luggage. Kempton Park Rail Station is on Staines Road East in Sunbury-on-Thames; it is a distinct starting point from your home address.
Our office is available around the clock to discuss the journey, and you do not need to install an app. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking: KB confirms acceptance by SMS and/or email.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also offered, with luggage considered alongside the number of passengers.
Tell us how many cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its load.
Returning from Victoria to TW16
Arrange the return collection separately: give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point with you; the outward drop-off is not automatically the return meeting point.
If your train, exit or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office will confirm the revised arrangement if accepted, including any revised charge.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote is based on your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date and time, passenger count and luggage details, along with any extra stop or vehicle preference.
Include your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at Victoria, so the office can discuss the car timing with you.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Victoria is separate from your car booking; arrange it with your train operator. Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern can help as appropriate to your service.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
