If you have booked Passenger Assistance, the meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line; allow time for the route that suits your onward journey.

Start from the address that suits you
A pickup from your TW16 address takes you to Waterloo without first making your way to a local station with your luggage. You will still need to allow time to reach your platform or onward connection inside Waterloo.
If your pickup is at Kempton Park Rail Station rather than home, specify the station on Staines Road East, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 5AE. Give the office the precise pickup address and any access needs so the arrangements can be agreed.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Consider the whole party and its luggage together: an estate can be useful for extra bags, while a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group. Ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers.
Share the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return to TW16
For a collection from London Waterloo back to TW16, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and expected arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the Passenger Assistance point.
If your train or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised arrangements with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. What if I need help inside the station?
Railway Passenger Assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the journey.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
