London Liverpool Street is at Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Tell our office your train operator and departure time, as well as the earlier time you need to reach the station. Allow for getting to your platform and follow your operator’s arrival advice.
Liverpool Street lists a lift between street level, the concourse and mezzanine. Its Underground station serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Arrange any railway assistance separately with your train operator.
A pre-booked car takes you from your chosen TW7 pickup address to Liverpool Street, avoiding the need to reach a local station with your luggage. You will still need time to move through Liverpool Street to your onward departure.
Isleworth station is on London Road, while Osterley Underground station is on Great West Road. Give us your actual pickup address rather than just the station or postcode so we can plan the right journey.

Arrange your return collection separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, date and expected arrival time, along with a contact number. Call 020 8870 8888 to agree a suitable meeting point and exit; the outward drop-off does not establish the return pickup point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, ask the office to review the arrangement. A requested change is not agreed until the office accepts and confirms it. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
