London Bridge has more than one street-level approach. Its published address covers Tooley Street and St Thomas Street; station information also identifies Bermondsey Street and Station Approach. Tell our office about your onward service and discuss the most practical arrival side.
The street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which are above it. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse. Allow time to reach your departure area, especially if you need assistance.
YOUR ONWARD TRAIN
Tell us when your train departs and the time you would like to arrive at London Bridge. Allow for getting into the station, finding your platform and any assistance you need; the office can discuss your requested arrival target with you.
Your pickup can be from your TW7 address, including in Isleworth or Osterley. Agree the pickup time with the office around your station-arrival target rather than treating the train departure as the car's arrival time.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases or cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and load.
COMING BACK
For collection from London Bridge, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a mobile contact number. Agree the car meeting point and exit separately: the different station approaches are not interchangeable.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to accept and confirm any revised arrangements. Waiting may be chargeable; ask about the applicable terms when arranging your return. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward vehicle or driver.

Your quote is based on the actual journey and vehicle required. Send your full pickup address, London Bridge destination, date and timing, passenger count and luggage, including any extra stop or vehicle preference.
Include your train service, departure time and requested station-arrival time. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside London Bridge is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility or boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey and a practical drop-off.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so tell the office about your boarding needs and any folding chair. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
