Chiltern lists step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Its assistance meeting point is at the ticket barriers. Tell our office about your mobility needs so we can plan the car journey accordingly.
A pre-booked car collects you from your specified address, so you do not have to get yourself and your luggage to a local station first.

Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs too, so the car plan can fit. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
