The car park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road, separate from the rank approach. Paddington’s drop-off guidance does not permit waiting. Discuss the drop-off arrangements with our office rather than assuming the car can wait there.
London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Give the office your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just the train’s departure time. Allow time to enter and find your departure area after the car drops you off.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate may be worth considering for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
YOUR TW7 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your address in Isleworth or Osterley, so you do not need to take your bags to a first station or change services on the way to Paddington. You will still need time to walk through Paddington to your onward departure.
If you are near Isleworth station on London Road, give the office your exact pickup address rather than just the station name. This helps us arrange the right starting point for your journey.
RETURN JOURNEYS
For a return from London Paddington to TW7, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request revised arrangements. The office will need to accept and confirm any change, including any revised charge.

The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside Paddington is separate from your car booking; arrange it with your train operator, preferably in advance. A staffed assistance drop-off point is listed on the deck above platform 12.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
