BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
The right station and arrival time make the onward rail journey easier to plan.
St Pancras International and King's Cross are separate railway stations, though they share an Underground station. Eurostar's international departure and arrival areas are in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground.
For Eurostar Standard and Plus departures from London, plan to arrive at the time shown on your ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not the arrival target. Arrival guidance varies by route and class; Eurostar advises downloading your ticket near the travel date for current advice.
YOUR TW7 STARTING POINT
A pre-booked car collects you at your TW7 address and takes you to St Pancras International, avoiding the journey to a local station and changes on the way. You will still need to make your way inside St Pancras to your departure area.
If comparing public transport, start with the location that suits your address: Isleworth station is on London Road, while Osterley Underground station is on Great West Road. They are different starting points, so allow for getting there as well as the onward journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. Tell us about suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEYS
For a return from St Pancras International to TW7, give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. The office can discuss the revised arrangement and confirm any accepted change.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference so the office can quote for the arrangement you need.
Railway assistance is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras lists lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell the KB office about your mobility and assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discussing this in advance helps the office arrange suitable help. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the arrangement and any charge with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
