Choose room for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth considering for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock; ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers. The whole party and its luggage must be considered together.
Include suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return to TW7
For a return from London Victoria to TW7, tell the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the return. The office can confirm any accepted change and any revised charge; a separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey: send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and access needs when arranging the journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can assess the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
