Allow time between your car’s arrival and your train departure, including the walk to your platform or any assistance you need.
The main concourse has step-free access to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 provide step-free routes. The Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
Tell us your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to reach Waterloo. Your requested station-arrival time is earlier than your train departure, allowing for your onward journey through the station. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line; Waterloo also connects with the Bakerloo, Northern and Waterloo & City lines.
YOUR TW7 STARTING POINT
A pre-booked car starts at your chosen TW7 address rather than requiring you to get to a local station first. Give us the full address and any useful entrance or access details so the office can arrange a practical pickup.
If you are comparing your options, Isleworth railway station is on London Road; Osterley Underground station is on Great West Road. They are different starting points, so allow for the journey from home as well as your onward journey through Waterloo.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with luggage considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger arrangements.
Give us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can help choose a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its load.
COMING BACK TO TW7
Book your London Waterloo to TW7 return separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, date and scheduled arrival time, destination address and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point and relevant exit with the office; it is not automatically the same as your outward drop-off.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the arrangement and confirm any accepted change. Applicable waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Your quote is based on the actual journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB Cars confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange Passenger Assistance inside Waterloo separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. The station’s meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.
Tell our office about your mobility, boarding or walking needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding wheelchair travels as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
