A pre-booked car collects you from your TW9 address, so you do not first need to reach a local station with your luggage. Richmond, Kew Gardens and North Sheen are distinct local station references; give us your actual pickup address rather than a station name alone.
Tell the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at Paddington. Allow time after drop-off to enter the station, find your platform and use any assistance you have arranged. The office can help plan the car journey around your requested arrival time.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; executive, minivan and luxury options are also available to enquire about. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven or more passengers.
Give the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat, and the office can agree a suitable arrangement.
RETURN COLLECTION
Returning from London Paddington
For a separate return from London Paddington to TW9, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to review the arrangement and confirm any accepted change.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote is based on the journey you need. Send your full TW9 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange station assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange railway assistance. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs as well.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps the office coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
