PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
A pre-booked car collects you from your chosen TW9 address, whether you are starting in Richmond, Kew or North Sheen, so you do not need to carry your luggage to a local station first. You may still need to walk within Waterloo to your onward departure area.
Give the office your train operator and departure details, and the time you want to arrive at Waterloo—not just the train departure time. Allow for getting through the station and any assistance you have arranged; the office can help plan the pickup around your arrival target.
AT LONDON WATERLOO
Allow time to reach your platform or assistance meeting point after the car drops you at the station.
Waterloo lists step-free access from the main concourse to platforms and identifies exits 1, 2 and 3 as step-free routes. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Underground Jubilee line. Tell our office if step-free access matters so you can discuss a suitable drop-off.
Arrange Passenger Assistance with your train operator. At Waterloo, the meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Allow time to reach it when choosing your requested station-arrival time.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another group option, with seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles available to enquire about.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A carer also needs a seat, so the office can consider the whole party and load together.
RETURN COLLECTIONS
A return collection is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with your TW9 destination and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point with the office rather than assuming it is the railway assistance point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised arrangement with the office. Waiting may be chargeable; ask about the applicable terms when booking.

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passengers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the office can quote for the journey you need. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Railway Passenger Assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility and access needs when arranging your transfer.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside the station and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair must travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
