PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
Choose a station-arrival time that leaves you time to reach your departure platform.
London King's Cross is on Euston Road, London N1 9AL, and is a separate railway station from St Pancras International. Tell us your train service and the time you want to arrive at King's Cross, allowing for your walk through the station and any assistance you need. Your requested car arrival time is not the same as your train departure time.
King's Cross lists step-free access to all platforms. The main concourse has a family lounge and the Elphick Room mobility assistance lounge. Tell our office about your access needs for the car, and arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR W11 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup lets you start at your W11 address rather than first travelling to an Underground station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way through King's Cross to your train.
Holland Park Underground Station is on Holland Park Avenue, while Notting Hill Gate is a separate station. Give us your actual pickup address and any useful access details so the office can plan the right starting point.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups, and seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles can be requested through the office.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Passenger seats and luggage space need to be considered together.
ARRANGING THE RETURN
For a separate return from London King's Cross to W11, give the office your arriving train operator and service, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. We will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point separately; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same vehicle for your return.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised collection arrangement and applicable charge.

The quote is based on your specific journey. Send your full W11 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside King's Cross separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office what help you need for the car journey too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
