Give the office your train service and departure time, and agree a station-arrival target that leaves time to reach your departure area. The target is when you want to reach the station, not when your train leaves.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road is separate from the rank approach, and station drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted. Agree your drop-off plan with the office.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. If you need help reaching your train, arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about your mobility needs when arranging the car.
KB Cars collects from W11 addresses around Notting Hill and Holland Park, so you can travel from your door rather than first making your way to an Underground station with your bags. Holland Park Underground Station, for example, is on Holland Park Avenue; your pickup is from your specified W11 address.
Allow time after your car arrives at Paddington to find your onward departure area. If you have a connection to Heathrow, the Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line serve the airport from Paddington; your onward rail journey is separate from the car booking.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined party and load.
For a return collection, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement and confirm any accepted change. Applicable waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Your quote reflects your exact journey. Send your full W11 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm it.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and boarding needs so the car arrangements can be planned.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; ask the office about a suitable arrangement if you travel with a folding chair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
