W11 to London Waterloo private hire

Pre-book a pickup from your W11 address in Notting Hill or Holland Park. Get a journey-specific quote and plan your Waterloo arrival with our 24-hour office.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your arrival at Waterloo

Set a station-arrival target before your train departs, allowing time to reach your platform and arrange any assistance.

Plan your route through the station

Waterloo’s main concourse has step-free routes to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are identified as step-free. Tell the office about your access needs when arranging your drop-off.

Allow time for your onward journey

Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. If you have arranged Passenger Assistance, its meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Allow time to reach it before your train.

YOUR W11 PICKUP

Start at your address

A pre-booked car collects you from your W11 address, so you do not need to carry your luggage to an Underground station before setting off. You should still allow time to make your way through Waterloo to your departure platform.

Holland Park Underground Station is on Holland Park Avenue; Notting Hill Gate is a separate station. Your most convenient starting point depends on your W11 address, so give the office your exact pickup location rather than just the postcode district.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group; enquire about seven- or eight-passenger vehicles. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.

Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.

RETURN ARRANGEMENTS

Arranging the return to W11

A return from London Waterloo to W11 is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, where the train starts, its arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree a car meeting point with you; it is separate from the station’s Passenger Assistance meeting point.

If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to review the arrangement. The booker or authorised contact can request a change; the office will confirm it if accepted.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about your Waterloo transfer

A few practical answers for planning the car and your onward train.

What do you need for a quote?

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the pickup and destination addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send us your passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time, along with any extra stop.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms acceptance of a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway Passenger Assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can plan the car journey with you.

Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free; tell us what help you need. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so travel seated in a wheelchair is not available. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
